Kennel Association and Liesbeek Championship Shows. 

Saturday:  Judge Mr Redtenbacher Lewis wins BOB and Grp 2.  Peter wins Grp 2 Best Veteran and Peewee gets an RCC.
Sunday:  Judge Mr L Morrison Lewis wins RBOB, Peter wins Grp 2 Best Veteran and Peewee obtains another point towards her championship title.

October, 2009

Cape Shows. 

Saturday:  Judge Mr J Ireland (Canada) Lewis wins CC dog and obtains his last point towards his championship.
Sunday:  Judge Mr J Luscott Lewis wins RCC dog and RBOB.

June, 2009

Oudtshoorn Weekend Shows. 

Both days Lewis wins BOB and a Group 4 placing. 

Peewee wins two RCs. 

Chloe won Junior handlers both days handling a Chinese Crested and a Dalmation.  Well done Chloe!

May, 2009

Merle travelled to East London together with Chloe (junior handler) with Lewis and Peewee for the Working and Herding Championship Show and two all breed Championship shows. 

Lewis won one CC, two RCC and one RBOB out of three shows.

Peewee won two CCs and one RC.

Other News

September-October, 2009

We had a 12 day break in the Okavango Delta together with some wonderful colleagues of Roger's.  We camped on an island in the middle of no-where and tracked lion (which we found), leopard (escaped us somehow), had elephant visit our campsite while we were walking on a larger island and enjoyed the laughing sounds of the hippos.  It was an amazing holiday and we have loads of pictures in the photogallery. 

March, 2009

Roger is home from his excursion to Canada and the USA. He brought back some wonderful toys for Sam our African Grey and of course didn't forget something for the dogs either.  We are thinking of returning for the Siberian Husky of America's National Specialty this year but will have to wait and see whether he is able to fit this in as he probably will be travelling again for another Neurosurgical meeting.
